I wrote the woman who has responded from the company, requesting a refund. I explained US shipping should not take 3 weeks. I also chimed in that many are reporting the product is fake. With that being sad in either scenario I want a refund. No response yet

they have a facebook page, you guys should just comment about the clarisonic being a fake on there. I'm sure someone will respond.

I requested a refund about a week ago without having it yet based on the fact that everyone that had already received them, received a fake. It took about 4 days for a response but they send me an e-mail telling me that they would be issuing a refund to my card and that a return label would follow. I have yet to see the credit on my card or get the return label. I'll give it a few more days. I just got the "Clarisonic" yesterday. It came priority mail from Oregon. (I live in WA state).

UPDATE: Just received my refund. Still no word on the return though. I guess I'll just stash it in the closet for now.

I received a facebook message response that same day asking for the email address that I used to purchase the product. On Sunday I received an email saying that they are authorizing my refund and the refund was credited back to my card this morning (2/12/2013)

I did not received mine yet. I sent sharingspree a message days ago asking for refund and they replied today that refund is processed. Waiting for the mia and return label to show up to complete this journey...

Which facebook page did you comment on? Can you give me a link so I can comment or tell which city is it? I live in NY and still have not received mine. I am calling to dispute the charge now. Also, I emailed Lisa who seems to be handling this 3 days ago and no response.

Is it confirmed that everyone and all who purchased received fake products?

How can you tell if it's a fake? I received a mango colored one and it appears to be real, but I've never owned one before so I don't have anything to compare it to. Also, I was able to register mine on the Clarisonic website.

Mine appears to be the real thing, but the box had definitely been open and the device has a scratch at the "seams," possibly indicative of having been tampered with or being a refurbished unit. My device was also "emerald" green, whereas I was expecting white. I requested a refund from their website and received a response a few days later, followed by a refund back to my credit card and instructions to send back after receipt of a return label (which has not shown up yet).

My refund has cleared my account. I'm now waiting on a shipping label from them.

Update: I went ahead and purchased a Mia 2 from one of the authorized dealers. I was able to get 20% off and a free additional brush head.

received mine, it appears to be real, it's white but it has scratches and scuffs on it, the box has been opened, but it let me register it......
