I know. I didn't even notice it until I posted the pic of the tape measures here. I had to zoom in when I noticed it. Totally missed it when I was in the store - blended with the clearance rack - or I probably would have bought it.

Was it marked at 1.98? Still 5 at mine.. i should scan it to check the price

Yes, it was. See the pic I added. May be able to show the pic to CS to see if they'll price match. Mine are pretty good about that.

The store ID is 688-572 But the url picture doesn't look anything like the ones ion the OP's pic. I think someone priced a different set incorrectly.

Thanks OP, another item to add to the collection of tools that I am gathering for my sons. Two left at my store and they rang up at 4.98. Showed your pic and they did Pm. As I left CSR told supervisor what she had done and apparently she should not have done it. Discussed it with them and offered to give the item back because I did not want the employee to get in trouble. It seems CSR told the sup that she PMd a BF price. I cleared up the confusion and told them it was a BF item.
