In I.E. I got the captcha error on page, and a popup where I chose "Show All Content" which fixed the issue

No Captcha Fix for Chrome
captcha isn't working on chrome because chrome thinks the captcha is insecure. on the right of the address bar, there's a little shield that pops up on the page where you submit your info. click that then click "load anyway", it should load the captcha fine.

Try a different browser? I have no clue why there would be captcha errors as I saw no captcha and others are getting it to work. I personally used Pale Moon as my browser when I signed up.
