Since this is a budget TV, how big of a step up is it from say...this 42 inch insignia?
http://slickdeals.net/f/5756816-4...ore-pickup $250 for that guy, but it's not recognizable brand. Does this panny justify the $150 (or $250 if you dont count the credit) premium? |

Also, thanks OP. In for 1 47". Repped |

Also it seems like some people are getting a $100 Dish Network credit instead of an Amazon credit...http://www.amazon.com/anyone-boug...B00752R9PK
Seemed like it can be fixed by calling them, but definitely be proactive about this if you choose to get in on this deal. |

I've been in the market for a 42" to 47" bedroom tv. I have a Roku already so I don't need the internet goodies. I just don't know if I should wait for something better or just pull the trigger. This tv will be an upgrade from a 22" from maybe... 2004? Do you know if I can buy the tv now and use the $100 GC for the warranty and wall mount?

So this bridge would catch my WiFi signal and then I would connect the TV using Ethernet? Or as you said I could get a router/switch and connect a few other devices? I've got drop ceiling and could run a 25" cable over to the back room I was planning on putting this in as well. It wouldn't be too intrusive, depending on where the TV ends up in that room. Thanks for the idea, let me know if I got that straight. |
