hmm according to other posts, it seems like online only kiosk orders (in both cases it's the DL version of trend micro) does not take the coupon?

i have some gift cards i need to cash out.....do u think it's a safe bet to buy 10 of these download versions at kiosk and do the easy rebate? Will the 15% work for this order?

To my fellow blacklisted staples customers: I realized a few days ago that you cannot use a CC with the blacklisted address as a billing address, if I buy a staples GC and then buy something at the kiosk to have it shipped to a new address will it go through since no billing address is tied to the GC?

Its moot buying a GC then using the kiosk. Just use the kiosk and pay at the register with any wompum you have available.

nope. emails dont trigger it.
Same CC #, Shipping Address will. Just order at kiosk using a slightly different name and either ship to a friends addy or ship to store where u can pick it up later and at the bottom for pick up person, you can use ur reg name, or if ur really paranoid use ur first initial and last name.

Yes they charged me tax at the register but I haven't gone in the store to have it fixed yet. A quick chat with Staples verified that it should not be taxed. I just didn't want them to credit and re bill because I might lose the rewards. Even with taxes it is a nice MM. May hit them up after I have rewards in hand...Mid Feb.

I got charged tax for coffee on a kiosk order also (in N. Calif). All messages read so far suggest everyone experienced the same. Question is whether anyone has figured out how to get it back with the minimum pain. Chatted w/ online CSR, and they pushed this back to the store. I am waiting for all the rewards to clear before I have to take that route, and I am hoping I/someone may figure out an easier way before that.

I did not.

if the tax amount is excessive then i suggest you call the OOTP and talk with an agent there and explain that youre on the road in ......I dunno.. MONTANA and nowhere close to a staples store and tell them you got taxed on a kiosk order for coffee when you shouldnt have and since youre no longer near that store or any store that you cannot go back to it for a tax refund and request a check sent.

I would hope that not everyone calls at the same time otherwise the gig is gonna be up and ur all gonna have to cheese-it.
