Nook Simple Touch $49.90 (Staples, B&M)

I was told by a manager that Staples is clearing out their inventory of Nook Simple Touch devices nation-wide. The regular version of the Simple Touch has been discounted to $49.90. Regular price $79. This is only available in brick-and-mortar stores (the website will not have discounted prices).

No need to use an inventory checker if you're on a non-Safari browser. Just go to the official product page on Staples, then click on "Check in Store Availability [staples.com]" and run a search. There were about 6 of them left at the two stores nearest to me.


This is a different model than the Nook Simple Touch GlowLight model in this thread. The GlowLight model is newer, adding a back-light functionality. That model is also being cleared out, but is usually harder to find in-stock at B&M Staples stores.
