Macys.com has select Alfani Men's Dress Shirts greatly reduced when you combine automatic 60% off in cart with promo code WKND. The shirts start as low as $10.20 after all disounts. Shipping is free if you spend $100, otherwise it's $9.95, so it's best to buy in quantities. Thanks reality99 & shadcrkd

Can anyone help me with the size? I don't have a regular dress shirt right now. I have usually bought S/M from Old Navy, Gap,etc.

I'm 5'8" and 160lbs with average build.

Agreed. Get measured. You don't want to be choking yourself when you wear a tie and you don't want to look silly with a massive gap around your neck. Sleeve length is also important. You want to wear it to nearly the bottom of your palm (where it meets your wrist). If you wear a jacket, you'll want the sleeves to extend past the end of the cuffs to bring color to your suit.

thanks - 8 shirts for about $15 each. The $12 Alfanis violate my personal ban on polyester, but they had some others that were all cotton. Don't forget up to 6% cashback is available...

Use a cloth or very flexible tape measure and get an accurate neck measurement. If you don't have a tape, use a string. If you like you collar tight, use the exact measurement. If you like a little room, or are planning to wear a tie, give yourself an additional 1/2". If you just got married, make it a whole inch as you'll like put on a pound or two soon.

For sleeves, you should try some on at the stores. The proper length comes over your wrist, just shy of the base of your thumb. In a suit jacket or sport coat, the sleeve should extend about half an inch to an inch from the jacket. If you are getting one of the "french cuffs", you'll need cufflinks, and allow closer to an inch or more, based on taste and ego. These are set for either 32/33 or 34/35. I know this sounds dumb, but you don't want it too short or too long.

You'll look a lot better and move your career along if you start wearing your exact size. You'll look like a pro.

i had bought alfani slim shirts and there was a lot of shirt vs express 1mx just fits nicely.
Yeah I agree. Unless they have changed something since I last tried them on, the Alfani slim isn't as slim as Express' slim fit line. I do recall them giving extra length to be able to tuck it in your pants without coming out, but I generally don't have that issue. So it may help if you have a really long torso.

But hey, this is a really good deal on some shirts if you aren't concerned with fit all that much.
