Why should BB be required to sell it at the same price as Amazon? They provide more services than Amazon does. Amazon doesn't let you see the product before buying. Good luck getting any knowledge out of an Amazon CSR about a product. (yes, i realize its VERY YMMV with BB employees also, but they are at least product trained at some point). Amazon doesn't have the overhead of stores, store employees, etc that Best Buy does in order to provide those in store items. Also, try returning an item you just decide you don't want. Best buy - walk into the store and you have your money back. Amazon - Mail it back, wait for them to go over it, then maybe you will get a partial refund.

Weird that gaming hardware is under phones. Maybe it means gaming accessories for the phone?

Even though it doesn't exclude gift cards I can guarantee my best buy will somehow say they *are* excluded and won't let me do it. Good luck to everyone else.
