You guys realize there about the same # of 0-2 year olds in this country as there are drug users. The amount cut into a drug users stuff amounts to .25 gram to say 1 gram per day. There are 28.4 grams in an ounce. Babies/toddlers are using more than an ounce a day.
It is more likely that poor mothers, and people trying to fence (they sell them typically to bodegas) sell what is basically a commodity, are the ones doing it because they use 60x ish times the amount of it.

Also, not all drug dealers are smart, but most have the $20 to buy the cut. . .and the smart ones are not going to risk getting caught/causing attention to their other activities/breaking probation/felony because of a $10-20 can of powder.

Sorry, you misunderstood. All I meant is what the other people responding meant. AFAIK you could only get to see this coupon from an email link. It wasn't just posted on the front page of their website.

However, they would have had to have been hacked beautifully for this to be fake. It definitely isn't fake as the manual code is working when put into a BB computer.

Its the real deal, but its going to die from abuse and from being widespread, no doubt about it.
