I got a call form the corporate office and later from the store manager with nothing else than excuses.

I have a lot stores in my area selling electronics and will for sure never spend a penny at BestBuy again.

I find that hard to believe. I would go when they have the best price... What if they have another 50 off 100 sale?!?!?! You wouldn't go there to buy a TP? The price will dictate where I shop.

Actually they almost never have the best price and thanks god I don't rely on any of their stupid coupons. I'm more than happy to spend 20 bucks more somewhere else and not have to deal with idiots.

Well..that *is* the point of an exclusions list...to list out everything or give broad categories it would fall under (ex: Apple products). And given that gift cards are listed 99.9% of the time, if one time they are not...it makes sense that they would be included.

For example: Staples is notorious for most of their coupons not including any electronics. However, sometimes they don't list electronics under exclusions. You do not interpret that as "they forgot" - it means that coupon is a lucky one with less limitations.

Small claims court and 50 per coupon you printed not copied.
Possible treble damages if you can convince. =s 150 YMWV.
Or add in some discrimination. Some got it and I didn't.

I got the email WITH the coupon link and also got the so called apology email today. I would have probably gone sometime this week to use the coupon but I haven't shopped there for a while and was in no hurry to shop there again. I thought at first this could have been a fake coupon until I found it in my own email. I knew from being on this site that the deal was probably not going to last long but I just hoped if I had the original email with the link that they may still accept it after the mad rush. I am not really angry with BestBuy because the coupon was being abused like we do with many posted on here. I should kick myself in the butt for not rushing there first thing in the morning. Will I shop there again? I haven't been there for a while but we all know.....if they have a great coupon or great deal like this...I will be going through the front doors of Best buy along with many others on here that say they will never set foot in there again.

Waiting for the next slckdeal. :-)
