As I mentioned in my prior post, I have no doubt she is at a "supervisor" level, but many companies break their CSRs into different departments - especially larger companies. For example, Best Buy has an "Executive Customer Service" (or something like that) under the umbrella of the "Office of the President" of the company. These people, even the first one that answers the phone for that group, have significantly higher authority and pull to make magic things happen. I had one give me $250 in credit to my RZ once.

I never received my $25 gift card that was promised because of not only the coupon but the rudeness of my local store. And when I called to check what happened in case they messed up my address they just hung up on me. What a joke of a company. I swear almost all of these corporations are such crooks their so fake. I dont care about not getting the gift card anymore but the fact that they hung up on me is ridiculous. The gift cards were a nice thing to do but customer respect is much more important atleast to me.

Thanks mom. They are still getting paid while they put the stuff back on the shelf and that gives the employees the oppurtunity to get out of their department huddles and actually help customers.

i tried to use the original coupon in store today. i just scribbled out the end date and wrote 2/2 on there. they refused to honor it so i told them i was going to hold my breath until i died. i ended up passing out so after i came to i decided to up the anty. i peed in my pants and threw them on top of one of the registers. then i took a dump in the middle of the check out lane and threw 20 kindle gift cards in it. i know it was a little much, but those employees are getting paid and need something to do.

Well, since even the original one is expired now, I am fairly confident that you stand zero chance - no matter how persuasive you are.

So I had to go near BB today (to another store), and figured I would go in with my $50 GC and see what I might want to buy. After about 10 minutes inside, I realized there wasn't anything. I guess I'll just hold on to it until the next price mistake or uber deal.

Does anyone know if you can use a BB GC to buy Amazon GCs? I meant to ask, but forgot.
