I want to use this on a video card. Do you think they consider video cards "Gaming Hardware"?

got two 3ds games and some guitar strings for $50. needed manual override.

multiple customers were on line for amazon GC. they were all shot down.
video games and guitar strings are not excluded item and still need override? Are you using a Mastercard to make the purchase?

So what confirmed items actually don't need manual override to use the coupon?

He's incorrect, but he's also the one who has the final say.

Unfortunately for you he's incompetent, but so is this promotion...and company.

haha.
It's pretty pedantic to deny me the coupon over a 1 cent difference. The HDD was 99.99. Does anyone know whether the coupon scans and does not require a manual override when buying multiple small items? It scanned flawlessly on the $130 HDD he brought up. I'm now thinking maybe the gum for some reason did not count and I should have brought up something else to go over that 1 cent.

I don't see anywhere that it says limit one only. So we can us it multiple times right?

Texas BB, (don't want to share my exact store, as I am sending family there and want to make sure they still have some in stock).

Four separate transactions. No manager needed, but cashier did have to manually apply discount because register wouldn't auto deduct. Also, coupon wouldn't scan, but after it was manually entered it showed up on the screen.

$400 in amazon cash for $200!!!

Did you just take 1 coupon and cashier just did each transaction separately with just 1 coupon? No override needed, just manual input of code correct?

They are not accepting the coupon on ANYTHING in Woodbridge, NJ. I just wasted an hour arguing. (And I wasn't trying to buy GC's either - just a Roku and some blurays.)

Would "gaming hardware" exclude gaming systems? Can anyone confirm or deny that they used this on a gaming system.

Great find OP just used it for an SSD, no problems at all!
Out of curiosity what SSD did you buy?

Just to add to the data set - I bought a 2tb WD Green SATA drive. The cashier at the back was telling somebody at the back register some BS about the $50 being credited back to his MasterCard account.

So I went upfront and checked out. Cashier rang up the drive and some Chapstick first, then my coupon. Plugged in my rewardzone info. Computer took the $50 off and I was out the door. Friend of mine used a copy that I had printed out for him on a 3tb external with the same experience. Both cashiers had to type the coupon code in manually.

Anywhere in the city ? I'm sure it will be dead by the time I get out of work.
By "the city" I'm guessing you're referring to the Manhattan part of it. Big Grin
I'll probably head to the BB in Union Sq later today, so I'll see if I can get it to ring up there too. Can't see why it would work in one store and not another in the same city, unless the coupon is zip code based.

why bother even telling us if you wont share your store? pure stupidity.
For YMMV deals, it's another data point. The simple fact he was successfully able to use this coupon on GCs is relevant to a lot of us. He did the legwork and actually went to the store, he doesn't have an obligation to save you the same trouble.

I'm guessing some sort of office supplies might have worked. Like pens or paper.
