One can only hope.....what a terrible store. I am shocked at the masses of people who shop there and pay full price. Facepalm
There are times when I want something right away and being able to get to the store and get whatever in like 30 minutes is worth something. Now since all the computer/electronic stores near me like CompUsa and CircuitCity pretty much have gone out of business, I will miss BestBuy if they ever actually go too.

Has anyone had any luck of splitting up the transactions between 2 cards one MC and the other card a VISA or AMEX?

This is what the Community Supervisor told me:

"A correction notice has been posted to stores, including the exclusion of gift cards and limit of one per customer, and that it must be on a single item over $100.

Sorry for all the trouble with this!"

I'm sure this has already been posted, but in case anyone missed it.

Probably the only transactions that BB is losing money on are the gift cards. Most of their products have high enough margin that they're still making a profit at $50 off of a $100+ item.
This. i haven't seen one "deal" posted other than the giftcards. If you aren't getting giftcards, they are still making money.

Just bought 4 3DS games. Cashier entered the coupon first then rang up the games. It took the $50 off automatically with no issues at all.

Uhhhh...what? When I worked there, we accepted any competitor coupon. As far as I'm aware, that hasn't changed because they still accept that 15% off shopping bag from office max.
Tell me about it - I am going to try another Staples. Plus they said they only take pre-printed coupons. I asked where those are found as every company now emails coupons. He gave me a blank stare.
