If I didn't just buy a Corsair 500W modular PSU, I'd buy this one. Well worth the trade off of the modularity for the additional quality and capacity. And the price is ridiculous.

Would this be able to meet the needs of GTX 550 or HD7770? Currently looking for an upgrade to my Athlon II x2 250 computer and will likely need a PSU replacement for either graphics card. ALso wondering if its a good idea to get the PSU before the graphics card lol

Good power supply, 620watt should be able to handle plenty including 7770/550 for the 7950 the power requirements are 500W (or greater) power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connectors recommended, so this is still plenty enough.
