Bought this power supply several years ago and its been great. Rebate was no problem as well. 48A on the 12V rail will be more than good for a 7770.

I have built at least 20 systems with the 620C and 520C. Quiet, dependable, fast rebates, great company and brand, just no power cords.

The end is near.

Glad I waited. Was going to buy the Corsair CX500M first, then waited and was about to go with the 430W builder series for $20. This is definitely better. Perhaps it would help if the title says its a Seasonic rebrand.

I was going to ask if something like a GTX 670 (or 80) could run stable on this, but it's probably easier to ask; Are there any (single cards, under say, 400 bucks) that would be too much for this?

Last time I looked at PSUs here the Seasonic 750w was FP.

The GTX 680 needs 2 6+2 pcie connectors (this has 1 6pin and 1 6+2pin)so you'll needs a molex-to-6+2pcie connector (which the 680 comes with). The GTX 670 will definitely be happy with this PSU.

I think the reason this is cheap is they are getting rid of the bronze units and trying to sell the platinum and gold units (just a hunch). This should definitely go front page. For $30AR this single rail 620W Continuous PSU. I just wish it did have 2 6+2 connectors.

edit: Oh, and that Seasonic was modular/80PlusGOLD. Those PSUs are studs in the PSU world. Seasonic Modulars are like the i5-2500k of PSUs.. This one, is more like a Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition..

I would totally buy this, but I have 3 spare (decent) PSUs. However, I'm looking for either an insane deal on either the Antec Gamer PSUs, Seasonic Modular, or 80PLUSPlatinum PSUs.

The site says $69.99 and nothing about a $20 rebate. If u minus $20 it ends up as $49.99.
Where does the extra $20 come from?
In fact, this is not the first time ive seen that the rebates are double what is stated. What am i missing here? X_X

This was a Shell Shocker and only valid yesterday. Now it's back to the normal price.
