Ordered one owl and one giraffe. Got in the mail today. However the giraffe is missing from the hood. The pink owl has an owl. The yellow giraffe is just yellow, even though the tag says it is suppose to have a giraffe on it. Called PBK and they offered for me to be able to return it, but they are out of stock and can't send a replacement
can only refund my money.

I'm in the same boat. Got three yellow towels and none have the giraffe on them. PBK is sending me three of the Nursery Critter wraps, which are $29.50 and I'm returning the others. I actually liked the giraffe motif better than the critter towels, but they're acceptable. Overall I am happy with their customer service on this particular screw up.

Has anyone washed the yellow bath towel yet? I washed (in cold water) both the pink owl and yellow (giraffe missing) one last night. Pink owl looks fine, however the yellow on the sides of the giraffe towel turned a dingy yellow while the hood remained bright yellow. This yellow bath wrap has issues! I'm going to return it after all. Just a heads up that everyone may want to wash soon so that they are in the window to return if their's has problems as well.
