My 99c (Free Rush Shipping) stamp was shipped yesterday and will be here on Monday (: Ordered 1/23/2013 5:43 PM and got the delay email. I am a PLUS member.

looks like all my orders have shipped now
 latest one was orded at 3:40 PM PST on that wednesday. Only got delay email, so didn't pay for shipping (shipped via next day air). will receive on monday

Ordered mine on 1/23 and received it on 1/31 or 2/1 (I can't remember which). Never received a delay email or an email about shipping cost. I did just make premiere status thanks to all the Easy Rebates and 100% Back in Rewards deals that I did all last year.

I noticed that my card was charged today. Ordered 4 with rush shipping, received 4 cancellation emails unless I pay shipping. Hope they ship
