I need some help.
I was able to get in on this deal back on 1/22/13, but I did not capture screen shots during checkout. I assumed the totals would be included in my confirmation email, but they were not (my mistake). I talked to a verizon rep this morning (1-800-837-4966) and they said they will honor my price, IF i can provide some evidence via fax. Is there someone out there who might be willing to send me screen shots they took during checkout? I would sincerely appreciate it. Thanks. |

I too had sticker shock, when I received my monthly bill via email, like many here. Jumped on the online chat w/account rep and have been told the price/plan I signed up for w/2yr commitment will be honored.
Although I need to check back as I was told Verizon is "looking" into how to correct this and that I need to check back later in the week. |

I just told them either fix it or I'm canceling service and they will not be charging me for breaking the commitment because I did not sign up for the prices now showing. |

Just chatted with Lianne from Billing department, who confirmed that the price will be honored and they are working on a resolution and we should be hearing from them soon, Just an FYI, in case you got in this deal and not yet contacted them, I would suggest you contact thm ASAP, since in the chat she mentioned she has the required information NOW to pass it onto the department trying to resolve this and they would email me back soon,

Evidently they've informed their billing chat people about this as I didn't even have to push any, just mentioned the billing discrepency in the initial question box, she verified my acct number then said she'd make a note.
