YMMV - $5 additional discount may be region specific. SO your price could be $85 per month, still a great deal.

I personally think this is a glitch/Price mistake on their part so signed up with a 2 year agreement, this is almost a saving of $30-$50 depending on the region. I usually hate contracts and even buy my cell phones full price to avoid contracts.

The icing on the cake is $200 Visa gift card. If you don't sign up for a contract you can cancel any time but I signed a contract as I think this is a great deal with atleast $30-$50 savings per month if you like those services.

At first my bill was ~$150 and they told me that there was no way that I could have that kind of service for $85 a month. Conveniently they did not email me an order confirmation stating the price but I did print out the confirmation page.

I had to fax in my order confirmation and they honored my price. The CSR was very jealous of the deal I had and said employees don't get deals this cheap.

This was for service back in January and I don't think this deal (or mistake) is no longer taking place. IIRC the deal only lasted for 1 day before Verizon caught on.

Bill has been fixed since March and got my card today. Everything sees good until January 2015 when I will lose $15 worth of discounts, then $50 more 3 months later.

You were right, my May bill is wrong. So, I googled executive customer relations, and found a phone number to call. They took my name and number, and a few hours later someone called me back. She had reviewed all the notes on my account (I'd called roughly 16 times, spending an average of 30+ min per call), and found confirmation of my promised lower rate. She said my bill was supposed to be fixed effective this month, and could not say why it wasn't. She opened new tickets with billing and with IT to review the problem. same here . Now its says 35 bucks a month for first 1-8 month, 8-20 70 bucks. Thats amazing for 75/35 and ultimate

Got a call from this rep on Friday. She told me that my June bill loaded in the system and the discount was finally there. My saga is hopefully over. The discount says it's good through May 2015, so I'm getting a few extra months out of this. Plus last month was free.

I told you guys it would be a pain in the ass but in the end you will get MORE than the original deal! You just need to be persistent with them.

You realize we got the deal right?

My bill is $106 which includes 4 CableCARDs, 75/35 and Ultimate HD. It is locked in for 2 years.
