In the options below select FiOS Quantum Internet 75/35 Mbps , the price of Ultimate HD falls to 0.1 then add it to see the final price to your right.

YMMV - $5 additional discount may be region specific. SO your price could be $85 per month, still a great deal.

I personally think this is a glitch/Price mistake on their part so signed up with a 2 year agreement, this is almost a saving of $30-$50 depending on the region. I usually hate contracts and even buy my cell phones full price to avoid contracts.

The icing on the cake is $200 Visa gift card. If you don't sign up for a contract you can cancel any time but I signed a contract as I think this is a great deal with atleast $30-$50 savings per month if you like those services.

Yup. Same thing happened to me. The bundle price is $129 instead of $85. Does anyone have a screen shot of the $85 bundle price. The screen shots I've seen so far are $80. Also, I can't seem to be able to access my bill online. I'm able to pay it but I can't view my bill, odd. I also tried to resolve the issue using live chat, but the CS rep was unable to help. I hope this will get resolved for everyone.

Yes its a huge issue. I got my bill today and nobody knows of if this rate.

I have been told that all bundles end in $.99.

I took a print out of my order confirmation, dates 1/22/13 @3:39pm.

Legally, where do we stand on this. I believe they need to honor their pricing., the rentention dept rep was rather quiet when I mentioned legal and evidence...

Hopefully, someone will get this resolved soon. I also got what seems to be a bogus fax #. I need to call them back...

mines not installed yet but i had a lady from the executive side told me they know the problem they still will honor the price no need to fax in proof just they dont know how they will give the credit. i have the saved voice mail after they got back to me about it.

Unfortunately, the fax # I was provided was bogus. I am need to call back tomorrow in order to fax it over. That was what the retention CSR told me.

for the number of thumbs up and posts in the thread, there are surprisingly very few people voicing any concern about being over-billed...maybe they just haven't noticed yet

I am thinking not many have had it installed and billed yet.

I was overbilled and I am pretty mad.

My first new bill just generated today.

I have had billing problems before with Verizon, but I have always gotten them resolved so while it is frustrating it is not surprising.

I chatted with them and was told that the bundle price would be honored.
Once I brought up the fact that I received my first month's bill, and it was higher by about $50 the CSR told me to pay the reduced amount and said that my account was noted.

hope this helps and we dont have to deal with the same thing again next/each month.
