This game was pretty awesome. I put a good 30 or 40 hours into it before selling it to my bro.

Strange world we live in now where people don't like keyboard and mouse for FPS games. I can't get used to using a controller.

I know there are a lot that support gamepads now and every now and then I think about getting into it, but with 400 Xbox games alone at the moment, my backlog is big enough as it is. With Steam sales, my backlog would balloon even further out of control.
Besides exclusives, the only big draw would be ports that people claim are better on PC, like FPS games. And those are the games that people specifically want a mouse for and so those are the ones I would rather not play on PC.

I may just be a big weirdo then, but I can't get used to using KB/M. Using a mouse is supposed to be great for accuracy in FPS games for example, but my aiming with a mouse is terrible.

I've seen way too many pissing matches over which is better, but all that it comes down to is which control method the user is more accustomed to. If you came up using nothing but a KB&M, then a gamepad would seem alien and vise versa to a different person.

Yeah, a buddy of mine plays a lot of PC games and he is pretty good at BF3, but anytime he is at my apartment and we trade off matches on my 360, he sits there and complains the whole time about how terrible he is with the controller and how he would be doing better on his PC. Whereas I am not that bad at all at running/gunning or piloting a jet at my place, but playing on his PC with KB/M I am terrible.

I acknowledge that using a mouse gets you pinpoint accuracy, but I personally don't like using them.
One thing I always hear though is: Pit the best person on a controller in Call of Duty up against someone average using KB/M and the person with the controller would get destroyed. I don't know how much of that is true or not, but it is always something I just accepted as being fact.

I hated Just Cause 2 but actually enjoyed Far Cry 2 so don't let that be a deterrent. I'm hoping this one has addressed some of the issues from Far Cry 2 such as the weak jeep you had to use to get around and the distances you had to travel to get from one mission to the next.
