What I'm trying to say is that it's a scam...

You aren't giving them your bank info or SS # so I don't consider it a scam, if I get it, then awesome! If not, oh well!

I'll tell you what can happen. There's such a thing as GODCPA, basically you fill out the form which you think is a free sample, but the scammers put another form underneath that one so you may be signing up for a netflix trial instead. The scammers profit by getting a commission from all those unsuspecting people who think they're signing up for a freebie... This is just one example of why you should avoid questionable deals like this one...

Also, always look at the "likes" page, lots of people fell for this. I would hope and wish the legit business' would sue the sh&^ out of the scammers for fraud.
