Collection Agency Problems, please help guys!

The OP has to be going to a for-profit school like phoenix, ITT, etc for them to pull a dirtbag move like this. If true, you are screwed OP.

That's what I'm thinking... The college/university that I attended (and graduated from with a 4 year degree) always required full payment up front before the semester began (with whatever payment method possible [i.e., loans, scholarships, cash, etc.]).

I'm not sure why the college is operating like it is (requiring payment after attending the class) but it just seems fishy to me when all of the schools I've ever heard of (even community colleges) require payment up front...

I attended a CC before attending my state college and you were allowed to attend class for up to two weeks before they told you they'd drop you if they didn't receive full payment (or have a payment plan set up).

You still have to put X down and full amount in 2 weeks
A payment plan requires the 1st payment for classes.

The OP paid ZERO tuition fees. The OP had to have signed for "a loan" during registration i.e. a sleazy for-profit school or the OP is lying.
