GOOD CATCH! The power supply in this combo cannot support the motherboard! That is a huge negative! How can newegg (whom I love) match these as a combo? I know they dont guarantee compatibility, but damn, this is just sneeky!

from the listing they state: The included 200W PSU provides sufficient and strong power delivery for all components.

This case does have 20+4 and 4-pin 12V ATX connectors.

For the riser card, substitute a cable from this list or other source. Link [dx.com]
One of the cards may work, but without having case in hand I can't tell.

It wouldn't be the first time Newegg mismatched components. My favorite was the E-350 board (similar to this one) that was matched with an AM3 AMD processor. No! It was an i5:

The case has a 200W Flex PSU. Of course it can support this (or any other) E-350 ITX motherboard. iStar produces mainly server cases and server power supplies, even though included PSUs tend to be junk, that's a point in their favor as Newegg lists this under "Server Chassis." It's an industrial case, not an HTPC case.

Kind of the same for the motherboard. It has HDMI and an S/PDIF Out header w/ AMD 6310 graphics, so it can do HTPC (no transcoding) but those PS/2, serial and parallel ports on the backplate plus no USB 3.0 (later model has it) and only 3-port audio give it an industrial or commercial flavor. Also suitable for digital signage or for driving old serial or parallel connected equipment. (E-350 has no Windows 95/98/98ME support, sorry.)

The only 200W Flex PSU on the iStar website is the TC-1U20FX2. [istarusa.com] The only possible issue might be the 80W maximum for 3.3V and 5.0V combined, but that shouldn't be an issue for any motherboard design recent enough to support the E-350. Heavy 3.3 & 5 Volt loads almost date from the '90s. Modern motherboard VRUs draw from the 12V rail to supply motherboard power.

Any expansion that would overload this PSU is likely inappropriate for either the case, the motherboard, or both.
