The OH location is not good for older kids. We have Kalahari for that. I went to the GWL Mason, OH location recently and it was much better.

I was referring to the entire state of Ohio...not the resort. I was joking, but I will never go back to Ohio.

I have been to GWL in Sandusky and it is nice but I do agree it is more for little kids. For older kids Kalahari is much better. I think when people are calling it a dump they are talking about Sandusky the city not the resort.

Here's a link to the 48 hour sale page for all locations

I've been thinking about taking my 4 year old to this place. Is 109.99 pretty much the cheapest you will see? I haven't looked into the sale prices much.

Edit: damn the tax and fees for one night is $23.79. I guess it's still cheaper than their normal price.

In the summer Chicago looks beautiful, in the winter it looks horrible.

In the summer Sandusky looks horrible, in the winter it must look post apocalyptic.

Still looks better than Georgia. Based on what I've seen from Honey Boo Boo. Just sayin.

PS. I got the 48 hour sale to work today for the Scotrun, PA location by calling them. Came out to $180/night.

Ah, this brings back some memories from 12+ years ago. We used to take road trips to Cedar Point in high school and always stayed at the cheapest motels. However, we would always sneak into urlhasbeenblocked for the indoor pool. I'd gladly pay $109 now. Smilie
