World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War - $8

I was in Target the other day and noticed this book on sale for 20% off for $12. I thought it was an ok deal for retail so I checked Amazon. Sure enough it's even less and currently on sale at Amazon [amazon.com] for $8 with free prime shipping. Normally runs around $12-14. I've been waiting 5 years to get this since I bought the first Max Brooks book, the Zombie survival guide. This is also a great read and has real world survival skills mixed with zombies, a win win for any zombie/doomsday lover. Amazon [amazon.com] has it for $10 which is good price as well.

Walmart also has World War Z [walmart.com] for $8 and Zombie Survival Guide for $10 with free site to store shipping. [walmart.com]

Yeah, I'm glad I got this to compare to the film when it comes out. I saw the trailer and must admit I was HORRIFIED at the terrible CGI/I am legend special affects. I hope it doesn't look as corny as I imagine it to be.

The movie will follow the typical hollywood one man/family's struggle against the zombie hoard....been there...seen that. I dont know why a company would pay for the rights to make a movie from a book, and then not base the movie on the book ! Course....I do know why.... $$$$$$$ Even though I complain about it...I will still go see it.
