i got a brochure in mail today..they sure sent that fast but not my GC

I ended up getting charged only $5, not $5.50. I sent an email yesterday asking them to refund my $5 since I had not heard anything yet. I received this reply.

I think as long as you didn't receive a cancellation notice and paid only $5, you will get your card.

Just received my gift card today.

I got my gift card today. I was a member before placing the order. So much bitterness on here.... you win some, you lose some. The non-members who are complaining are probably cheapskates who wouldn't have signed up for Angie's List anyway, so AL isn't losing anything.

I called today after not receiving one order--the other was cancelled. I was told that not issuing me a refund was an oversight, as the deal was for members only. When I asked why it was $5 for members, $5.50 for non members he stuttered. He then offered me the deal if I agreed to purchase a membership. I declined and should see a refund shortly.i asked if I would have been refunded if I hadn't called, to which he replied, "eventually." Nice.

i ordered two...and bought membership then quickly called them to cancel my membership which they refunded,,,perhaps i was being too clever.i even asked will i still receive GC he said sure...time will tell..maybe it slipped through.. havent received anything yet...was charged $5 on both..

Didn't get my gift card even though I was assured I would receive it when I spoke with them on the phone, Instead received a refund.

But, today I did receive a post card in the mail from AL wanting me to join her club. Yeah right....that's not going to happen. GTFO Angie! Sorry honey.

Got my gift card. Wasn't a member. Somehow I got charged twice for $5 so I asked them for a refund for one of them and it was processed. In the mix I ended up with a free years membership. I guess I made out better than most here. Don't ask me how.

I still haven't received anything. I'm disputing this in paypal

I used to be a member. Never used the service, so cancelled a while back. Contacted on March 1st and was apologized for the delay. Was told the rest of the gift cards should go out by the end of the following week. Contacted again a couple days ago and said they would have to research it further. Anyone else still waiting?
