There are plenty of X230T Tablets in stock on the Lenovo Outlet. These are NEW, not refurbished! Price is $632 + free shipping (I should have mentioned that in the title).

Link to Outlet [lenovo.com]

Important:

Do not filter by "X Series Tablet"

Instead, filter by "X Series" only. Then, filter results by "Price (Low)" and scroll until you get to $630 price, and you should see plenty of tablets in stock. I was pretty surprised to see so many, and hopefully these actually have multitouch unlike the last deal.

Good luck!

Depends on config $506 can be a crazy deal even for a i3 X1, if it has SSD then it can be sold for $800 on ebay.

What's really crazy is that apparently Lenovo doesn't know its own model numbers very well. I got a 3259XF1 which is listed as a E520, sold it on CL and when we met I opened it up for him, it turns out to be a E530! Too bad I already agreed on a price and he already paid. I guess in the future I really need to pay attention to the small "refurbished from" model number. Frown

Tonight I got shipping notification for the X230t I ordered on Thursday. Using the supplied serial number provided when I ordered, I ran it through the warranty status page on Lenovo's website. Sure enough, it has the 3 year depot warranty that will expire around the first of February 2016.

Mine is saying that, too. 3-year EZ Serve warranty. I think if this is the case, I may actually keep the tablet and sell off my trusty old x200. Decisions, decisions.

Yet again, the outlet rep said he can confirm 1-year warranty. What gives?

Your warranty will be updated to 1 year, it may takes a few days after delivery, but eventually it will be updated.

Nice find! How big is the SSD? I love my X220 running with a 128 gb msata and 500gb HD.

Very nice deal, I saw that, added it to my cart, then let it time out. I was deciding since I already got the X230t.

Does anybody have a clue (follow lenovo outlet, inside scoop, etc.) if these will be restocked? I missed the boat on this thread (started a new job - yay!) and am in need of a new laptop. Thanks!

They restock everything couple months or so, extreme deals like this happen about 3-5 times a year I would say. I have gotten in on at least everyone every-time they have popped up, or I just passed b/c I did not need anything.

Just gotta randomly check from time to time, and see if anything is there.

My best deal I would say is an Edge 14 I got a couple yrs. back with a first gen i-core. I got a fully loaded i5 with everything for under $300 and picked up a couple i3 Edge 14s for $200. It is still in use too passed down to my younger sis for school.

Thanks for the information! I'll keep an eye out. I have a dead T42 and would like to replace it with another Thinkpad.

I can't remember if it was the 128 or 180 actually. I was excited about the rest of the specs, and anxious to get it in the cart before someone else snagged it. I already have an SSD from a dead laptop ready to go anyway.

My x220 has a 7mm HD slot so your x230t might be the same. Just an FYI.

I picked up one of these off of eBay for a decent price - really happy with it so far! Probably going to max out the RAM and eventually add a SSD to make this super speedy.
