any other Amino Acid brands having sales similar to this? I usually take Muscle Pharm or Scivation Amino Acid, those brands are legit in taste and mostly free from crap ingredients...

great. Thank you for sharing. This is my favorite to drink while working out. The extra energy and amino acids are nice and compared to others this tastes pretty good. Only tried a few flavors, but the grape is the best. Was not impressed with the Fruit Punch flavor

I use this stuff now and really like it. I mix mine with extra BCAAs since they taste nasty by themselves as well. |

I think you could argue that bodyweight squats are more dangerous than lifting weights if you know what you are doing. If you are a novice, you could perhaps be leaning too far forward and putting excess pressure and rotation on the knee. I do both crossfit and westside barbell, just seems crazy to think lifting weights is "dangerous" while asking if amino acids are steroids...anyways, good luck!

Hmm, odd supplement, at least given what I take right now. As a preworkout, it doesn't have a full dose of many of the components (not 5g of beta alanine, for instance). As a post workout, it doesn't have a full dose of BCAAs and other aminos.
Good deal if it fits your needs, I guess. Yes, I lift. |
