Same here. I have an offer for 7000 points to use on a $75 order (which expires in a couple days), and another for 15000 to use on a $100 order (which doesn't list an expiration). I see no points applied during the checkout process other than the balance that I have earned with prior purchases.

Thanks for the heads up. I received a total of 20,000 points on two transaction, one from yesterday and one today. The transaction from today says:

SYWR Valued Member - 10000 POINTS to use on your Sears purchase. Valid: 1/27/13 - 2/3/13

My account shows this:

I got a rock.

I get $12 in points off on a minimum purchase of $50 from 1/27/13 to 2/3/13.
Plus, for the second time this month, they emailed me some expired coupons.

FYI: Shop Your Way customer service claims that for some of these promos you will receive your bonus discount AFTER you have completely placed your order. I back out whenever I hear that, so I can't confirm if what they say is true.

I see no expiration date yet every time I try to order something and click apply my SYWR, the value is not being deducted.

I see the 5,000 points added in my history, but it doesn't show in my total points at the top of the screen.

Ok, now I know why they don't show in the total, I think. It says the 5000 points aare valid till 1/27/13 so maybe that's why?

Send them an email and they will credit you. That's what I did.

I sent them an e-mail and the day my points were to expire (about an hour from closeing time) they said the 5,000pts had to be "triggered" by actually spending the 5,000 points. They didn't show in my account history or my points balance at all. I responded and told them that's not how it has worked at all in the past (at least it shows potential points/bonuses in account history), but they haven't responded (3+ days now). Pretty poor customer service really.


Today, another entry shows, but no discount on Kmart.com or Sears.com checkout, and doesn't show points in SYWR balance. I imagine they will show on the 27th per the latest account history entry.

A few days ago, I got an email saying I was credited 5000 points for use at sears.com. When I checked the account history, sure enough it was listed, but was not reflected in the points balance. Called up customer service and they indicated that I had to just shop for something on sears.com, go through the checkout process, ask to 'redeem' my SYWR points, and that it would 'automatically' deduct the points from my balance. And it did! Not sure if this will work for others, but try it first and then call CS.

You didn't. You had to spent $1000 of your money to get 100k points in your account. I had the same offer and I let it pass.
