thx, @grathomp - I was kinda bummed when I couldn't get ME to run on Win 8, so I don't want to buy more stuff that won't work. I'm guessing there's a site someplace that lists compatibility, but I haven't tracked it down yet.
So, I guess if you want to play PC games today, you have no choice but to use one of those clients, huh?
It's safe to say that any game released in the last 3 years or so will work with Windows 8, and if they don't work now will work soon with a patch. If it is older than 3 years I would check each title specifically to make sure that it is compatible.
If you have a copy of windows XP or 7 you could even install it to your hard drive to dual-boot (meaning you will have the option when booting up your computer on which OS to run). That way if you wanted to play ME you could just boot your system up into XP or 7.
The 2k games are so over-promoted, that it is a wonder that they even raise an eyebrow any longer.
Max Payne with the EC coupon is a great deal for those who missed the epic $10 sale over the holidays.
Im just glad I used my 4 credits early on. I got Saints Row : the 3rd Complete package/ALL the DLC included for just $2.70 after tax. Its $50 now and even without any DLC its $20....I wonder if Amazon screwed up and thought it was selling the Non DLC version.....whatever,Im glad I did not dillydally this time like I often do. lol
