tricky advertising.. I almost bought one based on me thinking "thermo" was "thermos" and then I hear about quality... thats why I love this community.

I just got a Stanely thermos for Christmas... it works great but the thing is huge. I don't see dimensions on the webpage - anyone have any idea? Also - anyone know if this is good?

I used to buy a few of these every other year as they would always fall apart. The plastic inside the cup would always separate from the metal outside and after that it never kept anything warm.
Do yourself a favor and drop $20 on an all metal mug with the plastic top. Best thing I ever did. Keeps my coffee warm for about 4 hours. Well worth it in the long run. |

new price was 14.99 which in itself seems like a steal.... unless these were low quality items to start with...

Same here. If they had same deal at Kmart (around the corner from my lair) I would probably go all in on one, but not worth the drive to Sears. Kmart.com has it listed for $14.24, btw. |

I got these as a gift some time ago. Terrible quality. The rubber piece on the bottom fell off soon after buying and the screws are all rusted so it leaves marks all over the place.
Save your money and buy a nicer mug. |

They are trying to confuse with thermos, if these were thermos & all steel in & out, we all will be all over it.

Thanks OP for the deal alert for the wrong reason. I saw this at Sears and was about to purchase. Then I checked this deal thread. Although you meant not well it turned out well by saving me from purchasing this (junk per SD) product.
