Ordered one, excited since the iron gym is leaving marks on my door and the iron gym extreme is about 40 bucks so what the heck, might as well get this and get rid of the iron gym.

i couldn't find any reviews for this online other than the walmart ones (which wasn't helpful), but at this price it's worth it.

I looked for one of these for a long time. My basement ceiling is just under 7ft tall. I could never find one short enough. I found one on ebay that is actually adjustable for height and you could make it taller or shorter based on your ceiling. Can't remember exactly what it was called but do some searches on ebay and it might still be available. It was the only one I could ever find with adjustable height.

can you flip this thing? how do you do push ups and crunches?

dang, reviewer on walmart.com says you can't do a full pull up because of the height of this thing with 8' ceilings.... hmmm really want this to work on wide grips since my door frame pull up bar isn't quite wide as I'd like.
