Is the return free, it says use prepaid mailing label, so if one has to return, will they deduct the return shipping fee from the return amount?

No size 11 offered. I own three pairs of these biker shoes and they are amazing. It's hard to find shoes in my size that don't make my feet look huge. Too bad they're not offering anything larger than size 10.

This is from their website:

U.S. orders: Select "Return" from the down arrow next to “Track Order” in your account. If your purchase is eligible for a return, you'll be directed to fill in your return details and print a prepaid mailing label. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, use the prepaid mailing label to ship the unused item back to us sealed in its original packaging, with all original parts and accessories included.

Looks like the deal is over.

Got cancellation email from Groupon that they are unable to fulfill the order due to inventory issue. WTF!

Same here but I got 2 tracking numbers for the 2 I ordered a couple days ago and just got refunded for one of them. Thinking I got the best of them but who knows maybe one box is empty.

Got tracking number and then a cancellation notice!

Got a tracking number yesterday and now got a refund email for the same order. USPS says "Delivery status information is not available"

Any updates from anybody who got a tracking email and cancellation email ?
