Logitech F710 Wireless Controller for Windows with Rumble $35

This controller is for Windows machines, not sure if it works on OSX. Any how, this is the lowest price I've seen on Amazon so far, usually it's about $40. This ships directly from Amazon and should be eligible for free free shipping. Also, 2 day shipping if you have Prime.

Great if you just bought Dark Souls for PC and needed a controller or have other games that you'd rather not use a mouse and keyboard for.

Nothing wrong with the post, but the deal isn't even warm to me. Basically a Cordless RumblePad2. The technology seems old hat, plus, no HDMI. IMO you're better off putting the money into a PS3 or other console controller. You'll get better resale value and use out of the device and not have to deal with batteries. A cheap BT dongle from Meritline will let you use the console controller wirelessly if you don't have BT on board. You'll also get added benefits such as how the Sony controllers detect how much pressure you're putting on a button or charging via USB and charging cradle.

You're not alone - it's why a lot of folks rarely post. Some feel they can elevate themselves by attempting to degrade others.

That said, this is the lowest price I've seen on the F710 in years, and it's one of my saved searches.

edit: There is one vendor on ebay trying to sell them for $77.59 and three others with prices over $70.

Anyway, I'm posting to kindly warn others against getting this controller. Range would cut off even though I'd be sitting less than 5 feet away. It seems to cut off if I put the controller to close to by lap or body. The controller basically needs a clear line of sight of the receiver for it to work at distances larger than 10 feet. Also, the triggers are very stiff. It's not too comfortable to use especially for racing games that need the trigger held down all the time.

If you're insistent on using a wireless controller, you're best options are just getting an official Microsoft Xbox 360 controller for windows (comes with a receiver), or getting an official PS3 controller and a bluetooth adapter to use with MotionInJoy software. Both of which I've used and work excellent.
