My PayPal account was billed and no refund has been credited back to my account. Just letting you guys know.. it's possible with so many transactions they cancelled at one time it's not unlikley they may miss a few credits back to your account. Keep a watchful eye and if you don't see your money in your account in two weeks you should file a claim with Pay Pal or through your Credit Card carrier. This company ALDO really blows. This is the most inefficient thing I've ever seen. I bought 6 items from ALDO (I didn't cheat the system because I'm dumb and didn't think to do so) and ALL 6 items were shipped in different packages via UPS.

The cancellation email I got says the code was only valid for footwear purchases...but my order was a pair of shoes...
Anyone with similar issues? |

I didn't order shoes, but if I did I would definitely contact them to complain.

They charged me, sent me a tracking label, never sent the item (which is still available), but never cancelled it and then when I finally emailed them about it a couple days ago they say.
"As per our records, there has not been any activity on your shipment for more than 7 business days, and we have issued you a refund for your purchase in the amount of $4.31 to your PayPal account today, March 8th 2013. The amount should appear on your statement. Unfortunately, this order cannot be resent to you at this time. You will receive two emails; one from UPS and another from aldoshoes.com, which you should disregard. Please note that if your item is still available on our website, you may place a new order online or contact us for further assistance. Please let us know if we can assist you further. Thank you for choosing ALDO." Jerks. (I only made the one order, btw). Wonder how many other people they charged and didn't bother actually cancelling and refunding them. I bet a lot. |
