That's true for the iPhone/iPad cases and neoprene sleeves, but there are backpacks, camera cases, bags, etc that aren't just for Apple products.

You have to use it all in one transaction, so it makes sense to find something $40 or more or buy multiple items to reach the $40 threshold. If you spend $30, you still get the free $10 but you will lose the add'l $10 promotional value.
