Dish Network lost all my DVR'ed programs - can I get a deal to renew?
My contract expired about two years ago. I have an old Dish 522 - one of their first DVR models. Last week, all my recorded movies/shows disappeared. I called Customer Service, and they basically said "sorry". The hardware seems to be working properly now. What should I ask for in a deal to renew? I want new hardware, of course. |
