Walgreens never seems to auto at max value. It used to auto at the most expensive qualifying item but it seems like they fixed that and it now seems to auto at the least expensive qualifying item -- but I could be wrong.

Note, however, that the Tresemme BOGO coupon is coded to attach to 2 items so in your scenario the two BOGO coupons will attach to 4 tresemmes which means that you'll only have 2 tresemmes left to attach to the $1.75 peelies. Any additional Tresemme coupons will beep and it will be ymmv as to whether the cashier will push them through.

The wording on the Listerine IP contradicts itself. True it does say "Limit one coupon per person." But the next sentence says "No more than 4 coupons of any kind for the same product in the same transaction." YMMV as far as how your store may take it, but you've got a good leg to stand on by pointing out the 2nd sentence if they flip on the first.

You might want to check writing on those peelies...mine say "Lmt 2/trip"...I'm with you...miss the good ol' days (just cpl years ago, although seems MUCH longer). Having to assume a bogo attaches to both, sure kicks a "'perfectly good" scenario right to the curb

The ad scan I just saw also has a RR for Chloraseptic Warming Spray 6 oz, Honey Lemon. $3.99 with $3.00 RR. There is a $1.00 coupon in the 1/6 SS so another free item after coupon.

the item cost $3.99 and you are only getting a $3RR. How is it Free After Register Reward (FARR)?
