Problem with that, is, that they'd probably start setting limits if they were 'tracking' our purchases like that.

I was shopping tonight, not so much for the new ad but getting the last of the FARR products from last week. I am always a midnight shopper and I wait for the reset and then get stuff from the new ad too.

I bought the Chloraseptic and the Feb. book IVC beeped "does not match item in trans". Cashier read the coupon and agreed it should work. Instead of modifying the price he actually entered a $2 generic MQ, I did not notice this until I got home. Hopefully this will be officially fixed so it will scan!

I didn't have the cat Qs for the Listerine that I received on BF weekend, but someone posted they would be expired... When I got home I dug mine up and they expire 2/14, 2/15 and 2/16 so I have until Thursday to use the first expiring ones.

Could you tell me how the reset works? Do Wags computers reset exactly at midnight for each time zone? Or, do the RRs printing on Sat. still print for a bit after midnight until the reset occurs? If the reset isn't exactly at midnight, then approximately when is it? Thanks!

Just back and Chloraseptic IVC did not work but nice cashier did a price modify

Mitchum is ringing up wonky. I bought two of the Women's - one rang up at $3.49 and the other at $1.99. Got the $4 RR, so a small mm after the $1 Q's. The one that rang up at $1.99 is the Powder Fresh, UPC 309971103308, so could be a $2 mm after Q's.

EDIT: I should have initially noted that all these times I'm referring to are local time, so when I mention midnight it means midnight in your own local time zone.

The Catalina printers are controlled by the Catalina corporate computers not by Wags or by any other store that uses them. The only control that Wags has over them is that the local stores can turn them off or on and they can refil the paper. The weekly RR deals stop printing exactly at midnight on Saturday, so you get no grace period. Unless it's changed in the past year, it normally takes Catalina at least 30 minutes after midnight to reset the printers for the new weekly RR deals. However, it's never a set time and it can sometimes take them up to 2 hours to make the changeover. In the past, I would always wait until 2 am if I was shopping for the new deals very early on Sunday morning. Of course, if you want to be certain about it you can just loiter around the catalina printer after midnight until the machine resets. It makes a clearly audible noise (like a burp) when it resets and the green LED goes off for about 1 second and then comes back on.

BTW, Catalina also often shuts down the printers for 5 to 20 minutes right after midnight on Sunday through Friday nights so even the weekly RR deals that have already started printing out that week will not print out (although you can e-mail a message to catalina and they'll eventually send you a replacement RR in the mail). It's best not to shop at Wags between midnight and 12:30 am on any night if you want to be sure your RRs print out.
