Well my furniture was supposed to be delivered on the 11th, never showed, so I contacted via chat, this is what they said:
I have checked and seen that your order is in processing state from 01/29/2013. I apologize that you have not yet received your item. I will forward your order for research and we will contact the vendor to determine the status of your order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive an email with updated information on this issue.
This is a rare and isolated incident and I'm sorry this happened to you. However, let me assure you that this not our usual way of doing business.
I understand this experience was less than perfect, however, I hope you will give us another chance to demonstrate our commitment to customer service.
Based on this thread, doesn't seem like it was all that rare.
