Looks like a nice card for sub $50 AR. Thought about replacing my HTPC HD 5750 but at load only about 20 watts difference. I'm sure it's more at idle but doesn't really add up to much considering it's sleeping most of the time. Would probably run most games pretty well on monitor less than 1920x1080.

surprised this is DDR3..... but I guess for that price we can't expect GDDR5.......

Agree that this is a decent price for this card. Looked at the EVGA version of same card for an inexpensive rig build last week when this card could be had for $50 + tax w/ the BB $50 off $100 coupon. So even better deal here. Thx OP.

Ended up using the BB coupon the 1st day after everybody said you wouldn't be able to and that BB cancelled the promo. Tried anyway and ended up w/ the GT 650 version card w/ 1G of GDDR5 for $60 and tax. Worked I think because of the simple transaction and didn't walk up to checkout with dozens of Amazon gift cards and a stack of the coupons...

yeah I saw that. For me, honestly if I start changing the power supply, I might as well also change the MB (this MB only supports 4GB of ram which is annoyingly low these days) so I've drawn the line at updating this system only as much as I can without swapping PSes. I expect I'll swap it out for either another refurbished dell come the next round of outlet deals after July, or build my own after the next black friday / cyber monday. Was just hoping to snatch up this card. Though suppose I could get it to replace the 1950xtx in the secondary system....

I don't think those numbers are right. It looks like about 60W under full load here (OCCT - idle):

Ok, now I'm confused, the system loads are what I looked at, but the txt states it's a sub 75W draw.... Bloody hell, I have to look at JUST the video card power usage (god forbid the various sites make it easy to see what power usage actually is...)
