Thanks. Bought a Kindle Fire on Tuesday. This offer got me to finally take it out of the box. Guess it took me so long, since I'm peeved at how much accessories cost (have not bought any yet). The whole having to buy a charger to be able to plug it directly into the wall really gets me. Unbelievable how long it takes to charge from the computer USB. Okay my little rant. Would love to know where to get a good deal on one of those chargers. Thanks again for notifying us of this offer, and now I know to look for others. *yes this is my first tablet**and yes I did not pay retail (worked some deal magic)

Just looked and saw that if you bought a charger with it, the price would be halved from 19.99 to 9.99.. maybe a phone call would be prudent to see if you can get the deal for that. Otherwise for the 2.1 iPad and other tablet chargers go for about that: 9.99. Like this recent deal: http://slickdeals.net/f/5816036-P...99-shipped although Tanga takes forever to ship I heard. At least that's what I think this board likes to say. That one is good because both ports can put out 2.1 at the same time. Some don't put out that much and I think I read one where if a phone is already charging, it wouldn't output 2.1 on the other port. So it charges, but it's hard to tell which one is which. Kinda annoying. I bought this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009RXU59C and I don't recommend it. And idealpoint (the seller) isn't great at their customer service either. Red tape and such in the email communications. Otherwise I'm not sure where a fast charger can be found for, for less. A reputable one at least. Maybe someone else can say where a good one can be found that actually works right. That cube one from Amazon for iPhones is a knockoff and problems abound in the reviews. Hope that helps! But agreed with Szyszka, it will take 5-6 hours, but it will still charge your Kindle Fire. The Micro-USB port is universal nowadays. |

I watched the video but did not get a $5 credit added to my account. The offer is no longer listed under "offers." Probably because I already watched the video. Did I miss some crucial step? I didn't fast forward the video but didn't really pay attention to the video and even had it muted.
I also never got a confirmation email. So how do I get the $5 discount if the offer is no longer listed? Any ideas? |
