I had problem too but I don't print a lot so it shouldnt be too bad

I gave mine as a gift and don't have it with me to check, does the inner packaging (toner, compartments or anywhere inside etc) anywhere say refurbished? I know the outside box did. Can anyone clarify plz?

This deal came just as I was looking for a laser printer with inexpensive toner refills so I could print out my notes from some additional online courses I'm taking. Unfortunately for me the UPS guy tried delivering my package three times and then sent it back to the warehouse. The wind knocked my note back to him off my door so he never attempted to deliver it anywhere else and Staples told me they can't do anything about it because they won't be getting any more of this item in. Hopefully there will be another deal like this in the near future!
