After you said that, I went and checked my second MX-2 rebate from late November and it also says:
"Your submission has been processed and your response has been mailed. You should receive it by February 17, 2013. If by this date you have not received your response, please contact us at 1-800-953-3098. Thank you."

Funny since according to my records:

I'd think it has less to do with the rebate company but more with the sponsor of the rebate, in this case, newegg.

Nah, I just tracked all of my rebates and 3 of 13 are on their way. The rest are still processing.

That leads me to blame the rebate processor, not Newegg. Why would some (which were mailed later) be processed and mailed, while ones sent in earlier were not?

Also, if you've ever done Kaspersky or Cooler Master Rebates, you know RebateAccess takes the full 12 weeks... sometimes even a couple of "bonus weeks" if they are running behind.

Moral of the story: Every company should use 4MyRebates.

I do not see rebate link @ newegg item's page? is it safe to buy already to qualify? I assume so.
