32 gb and i'd consider but not for 16.

2 1/2 weeks shipping - never mind that it's a refurb... 199+tax at my local office depot or staples, usually have one or two in stock, I could have it in an hour. Not a deal

The Nexus 4 is out of stock. The Nexus 7 has never had a problem with being in stock all over the place.

Is what I was thinking. Get a new one for $10 more with a 1 year warranty from Staples or somewhere or get this for $10 less and a 90 day warranty. Pretty easy decision on this non-deal.

It is a slap in the face to get this thing. Only $10 difference ???

Not really the case. In my instance (providing they're in stock), with shipping tax and recycling fee (California) I'd be paying about $235 total for a new one.

I think I still have to pay tax with groupon, but the shipping and recycling fee aren't zero.

That having been said, I'd like to see it more like $170-175 refurbed. And I'm sure that about zero of these went through any refurbishing at all, and are simply the ones with a light bleed or other cosmetic problem that were wiped off and reboxed as-is. So consider them as "used, and probably with some problem that may or may not bother you" as opposed to actually refurbished.
