FREE Honeywell Programmable Thermostat AR @ Home Depot or Lowes [Missouri Residents Only]
Hey guys,
I didn't see this posted, so I thought I'd share. Laclede Gas currently has a Residential High Efficiency Rebate Program running where you can get a mail-in rebate on several programmable thermostats.
Limit 2 Per Household/Account #
Per the rebate form:
All programmable thermostats that are purchased and installed on or after February 26, 2011 qualify if they feature four (4) pre-programmed settings for 7 day, 5+2, or 5-1-1 day programming capability.

$25 Mail-In Rebate Form [lacledegas.com]
Here are some 5-2 Day Programmable Thermostats which qualify (and are FREE):
Home Depot
Honeywell RTH2300B #1 [homedepot.com] - $24.98
Honeywell RTH2300B #2 [homedepot.com] - $24.98
Lowes
Honeywell RTHL2310B [lowes.com] - $24.98
NOTE: I have already participated in this rebate program and successfully received checks for both of my thermostats. The turn around time was 4 - 5 weeks from when I mailed it in.
When I called the Rebate Center, I was told that you can do self-install, just put the approximate date of installation on the form. They also want an original UPC from the product box to ensure that you didn't return the units if you are doing self-install.
If you purchase two units, you can submit both in one envelope. You will need to complete separate forms for each unit you are claiming though. Attach one original UPC to each form, and mail in the original receipt.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Let's Go Blues!
