I didn't try to buy any as a gift but under the buy button it says buy as gift, I would guess that it would allow you to buy 3 with the regular buy button and 3 with the buy as a gift button?

$15 for shipping! What a joke, it's pretty much like they are just giving you free shipping with the deal...

I'm not sure why I was quoted about $15 for shipping but, I thought the same thing at first. I actually found this deal on the local deals before I saw it posted in hot deals. But, did some searching on past deals and it seems that they have not have any free shipping offers (that I could find) so the shipping cost would apply regardless and unlike many coupons the OP's deal actually applies to shipping AND tax.

Here's a breakdown example:

$30 item
- 15% coupon code = $25.49
+$15 shipping
= $40.48
-$30 gift certificate that you paid $15 for

Total left = $10.48 plus $15 for cost of gift certificate.
So in the end a $45 order would cost you $25.48

I added a subtotal of $59.99 to my cart and when I tried this code it just spins around and around and when it is done it has a discount of 0. Could be just my browser or something? Using chrome.

I used to eat M&M's for years until I realized how terrible the the coloring is for your health.

I was thinking I might be able to make something slick out of this deal for the candy buffet at my wedding reception.

Tried to mix my own colors with personalized printing, 2-lb bag - $54.99 (hell no)
Skipped the personalization and tried 2-lb bulk bags in my colors - $34.99 each (still no)

Played around with options/quantities and shipping varied from $14.99 to $17.99. Basically I couldn't get anything in bulk for less than $15 per pound.

I would love to have black and white m&ms but even with the promo codes and groupon these are just way too expensive.

I checked it out. If you order 2 lbs of custom M&Ms, it runs about 23.31 a pound.
