Do you honestly think that means he is placing all of the blame on FN and Rush? If so, you're using flawed logic.

For example, one of the issues highlighted by many is the lack of comradery amongst the members of Congress due to the fact that many go home often to raise $$ instead of hanging out with one another. If i said "If members of Congress would spend more time getting to know one another on a personal level, you'd see more of them working together on bills of common interest". Am i placing ALL of the blame on this lack of comradery? Certainly not.
