That's a single election. You cited plural ones. Any more "evidence" as to how this tryannical dictator used already establish voting regulations to silence his opponents?

what's the point? you and those who worship Obama dont care a rat's ass about what people dig up on him, as was clearly presented to the rest of the country in the 2012 election. He has a clear pattern going back decades of abuse of power and underhanded tactics, including unconstitutional power grabs (eg by making "recess" appointments when there is no recess) and executive orders, but his followers don't care....it seems that's what the 47% and other ignorant voters want.

I read the second link. It's just as full of crap as those who cite it.

The author conveniently concludes that because the CBOE found a higher rate of invalid signatures in those 3 challenged candidates than in other challenged candidates that the *only* reason could be that the CBOE was "biased" in favor of Obama.

Of course, it's totally impossible that those candidates actually had higher rates of invalid signatures than other challenged candidates.

FWIW, if this is what is readily accepted as "evidence" by those seeking to discredit Obama, it's no wonder so many conservatives believe him to be a Kenyan Muslim communist.

You make a sweepingly broad claim about "decades" of abuse. And your "evidence" is that he challenged his opponents' ballot signatures in a single election in 1996.

The first amendment protects you from government intervention of things you say. Obama is not trying to put Fox News personalities or Rush Limbaugh in prison. He's merely voicing his opinion about what they should or shouldn't do. And don't those people do the very same thing all day long?
